Construct & Register Your New Data Type

Please use this application to register new data types into a BioMOBY registry of your choosing.

If you find bugs please let me know so that I can update this page.

Getting started

  1. First and foremost, choose a mobycentral registry!
  2. Second, start filling in the details for your datatype. Edit the fields and when you are done, register the data type!

What else can this page do?

Good question! With this page, you can:

  1. register a data type using XML, and
  2. View the registerObjectClass XML so that you can save it for later use.
  3. Remove data types from the ontology.

Where is the documentation?

Hmm, you are looking at it. Actually, in the very near future, more documentation will be added. For instance, we are planning on adding 'Help' for each part of the registration process.
